Janu Basti is an Ayurvedic treatment to help ease knee distress. A dough ring is placed over the knees and warm herbal oil is placed inside the dough ring. The oil kept on the knees for a relaxing 20-30 minutes. After the dough is removed, a gentle movement of the oils on the skin helps move toxins away from the area and nourishes the tissues.
