Yoga Classes
Take a Zoom class, and feel pampered and cared for in a personalized setting. Have fun and feel good. Classes are Tantra Style,
weaving together many techniques such as gentle asana, mudras, mantra, pranayama, visualization, and kundalini.
All are infused with Iyengar, Sivananda, and Kripalu teaching styles.

Janu Basti - An Ayurvedic treatment to help ease knee distress. A dough ring is placed over the knees and a warm herbal oil is placed inside the
dough ring. The oil is kept on the knees for a relaxing 20-30 minutes. After the oil and dough are removed, a gentle movement of the oils on the skin helps move toxins away from the area
and nourishes the tissues. Suggest wearing shorts for this service.
Kati Basti - An Ayurvedic treatment to help ease low back distress. A dough ring is placed over the lower back and a warm herbal oil is placed inside the dough ring. The oil is kept on the back for a relaxing 20-30 minutes. After the oil and dough are removed, a gentle movement of the oils on the skin helps move toxins away from the area and nourishes the tissues. Suggest wearing elastic waistband shorts/pants.

Thai Yoga Bodywork
Thai Yoga bodywork combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The goal is to increase energy flow through the body, to improve circulation and mobility. Comfortably dressed, you lay on a futon-like mattress on the floor supported by pillows. We work together to gently move the body into yoga-like postures. Acupressure points are activated along the Sen (energy) lines. You are left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
