Ayurveda Consultation and Follow-Up Sessions   

The consultation covers overall health, lifestyle, diet, oils, herbs, emotions, and daily routine, and provides recommendations for you to try.  The process takes approximately 2 hours.  Follow-up sessions are about an hour.  The cost of an initial two-hour consultation is $150, and a one-hour follow-up is $75.
